Relationship Mediation

This is a professional mediation service for couples ready to draw a line under what’s happened and begin again with purpose and care. Our work focuses on helping partners move forward—not by rehashing every past conflict, but by building a new foundation of communication, trust, and shared understanding.

Whether you're hoping to repair a strained connection or agree to part on respectful terms, mediation can offer a structured, emotionally safe space to start fresh.

⚖️ How Couples Mediation Works

A structured, goal-focused alternative to couples counselling

Our couples mediation service is not counselling, but a structured process designed to help partners move forward with clarity, respect, and practical agreements.

We focus on resolving communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust, and developing shared strategies to manage key issues—without going into therapeutic exploration or emotional processing in the way counselling does.

🛠️ The Mediation Format:

  • 2 x Joint Couple Sessions   To explore the core concerns, clarify shared goals, and identify areas of agreement or tension.
  • 2 x Individual Sessions (1 per partner)   To give each person space to reflect on their experience, needs, and communication style in a neutral setting.
  • 1 x Final Joint Mediation Session   Where both partners come together with the mediator to develop agreed strategies around ongoing issues—such as parenting, household roles, finances, or communication habits.

Throughout the process, our trained mediator maintains a neutral, respectful stance, creating a safe space for clear, solution-focused dialogue.

This approach is ideal for couples who want to draw a line under past difficulties and focus on building a more functional, cooperative relationship—whether they’re working toward staying together, co-parenting more effectively, or separating with understanding.
