Sometimes life throws more at us than we feel we can carry especially when grief, stress, anxiety, or past trauma weigh heavily on the heart.
At Mind4Therapy, we offer gentle, weekly one-to-one support that meets you exactly where you are. Each session is shaped around your story, your pace, and what you need most.
We draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you reconnect with your emotions in ways that feel safe and healing. And if you’re holding distressing memories or traumatic experiences, we also offer EMDR — a proven method that gently helps the brain process what’s been too painful to carry alone.
Being a young person isn’t always easy especially when worries, low self-esteem, or tricky relationships begin to feel overwhelming.
We provide a safe and friendly space where children and young people can feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we explore big feelings, build emotional confidence, and develop coping strategies that really work in daily life.
Whether your child is navigating anxiety, friendship struggles, or changes at home, our experienced therapists gently guide them through life’s ups and downs, helping them grow with resilience and self-belief.
Our aim is to create a safe and respectful space—whether we’re working alongside families or directly with young people navigating life’s challenges.
We offer couples counselling rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps partners feel truly seen, heard, and emotionally safe.
Whether you're facing challenges around communication, trust, intimacy, or emotional distance, our therapists work with care and empathy to help you both explore patterns, repair connection, and deepen your bond.
Together, we focus not just on resolving conflict—but on nurturing the emotional safety that allows real, lasting change to take place.
Our relationship mediation service offers a fast-track approach to help couples move past conflicts, rebuild understanding, and find a path forward together. Unlike legal mediation, our focus is on open communication, mutual acceptance, and practical solutions that strengthen relationships.
Whether facing recurring disagreements, trust concerns, or simply feeling disconnected, our experienced mediators provide structured guidance to help couples break through barriers and regain clarity.
