Relationship Mediation

This is a professional mediation service (non-legal) for couples ready to draw a line under what’s happened and begin again with purpose and care. Our work focuses on helping partners move forward, not by rehashing every past conflict, but by building a new foundation of communication, trust, and shared understanding.

⚖️ How Relationship Mediation Works

A structured, goal-focused alternative to counselling

Our mediation service is not counselling or a legal structure, but a structured process designed to help partners move forward with clarity, respect, and practical agreements.

We focus on resolving communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust, and developing shared strategies to manage key issues without going into therapeutic exploration or emotional processing in the way counselling does.

🛠️ The Mediation Format:

  • Individual Sessions (1 per person): To give each person space to reflect on their experience, needs, and communication style in a neutral setting.
  • Family/couples Sessions: To explore the core concerns, clarify shared goals, and identify areas of agreement or tension as a group
  • Final Joint Mediation Session: Where all partners come together with the mediator to develop agreed rules around ongoing issues such as parenting, household roles, or communication habits.

Throughout the process, our trained mediator maintains a neutral, respectful stance, creating a safe space for clear, solution-focused dialogue.

This approach is ideal when you all want to draw a line under past difficulties and focus on building a more functional relationship.
