Stages of Getting Counselling
1. Send us a message
- Anyone can apply. Simply contact us by email, phone, or through our website form.
2. Initial screening appointment
- We will arrange a short appointment to understand your needs and match you with the right counsellor.
3. Counselling sessions booked
- You will be offered a block of 12 sessions.
- You will see the same counsellor throughout, ensuring consistency and trust in the process.
