Many people come to me when they feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or caught in patterns of self‑pressure, perfectionism, or emotional overload. My role is to help you understand these experiences with clarity, compassion, and structure.
You don’t need to hold everything together alone. In our sessions, you’ll explore what’s driving your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and you’ll learn practical ways to regulate, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Therapy becomes a place where you can release expectations, reduce pressure, and build a healthier relationship with your own wellbeing.

EMDR at Mind4Therapy is a structured, evidence‑based approach that helps you process distressing memories, trauma, and emotional experiences that feel “stuck” in the body. Many people come to EMDR when they notice patterns they can’t shift through talking alone such as anxiety spikes, emotional overwhelm, people‑pleasing, perfectionism, or old experiences that still shape how they respond today.
In EMDR, we work gently and safely, helping your mind and body process what has been overwhelming so you can move forward with more ease, clarity, and emotional balance. As a South Asian therapist, I bring lived cultural understanding into my work with adults and couples. I have supported many South Asian and mixed‑culture couples who face unique pressures around family expectations, communication styles, identity, and the balance between tradition and independence.
I understand how cultural dynamics can shape relationships from not feeling able to talk openly with parents, to navigating mixed marriages, to managing conflict that comes from extended family involvement or cultural pressure. Many South Asian couples describe feeling caught between their own needs and the expectations placed on them by family, community, or tradition.
In therapy, we explore these experiences gently and without judgement. I help you understand the emotional patterns beneath conflict, the impact of cultural conditioning, and the pressure to “keep the peace” or “do the right thing” for others. Together, we create a space where both partners can speak openly, feel understood, and build healthier ways of relating that honour your culture while supporting your wellbeing.
